Return Policy
We accept returns for all purchases. If you want to return an item for any reason after placing an order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. However, there are some restrictions for returns and refunds, so please be sure to read the following guidelines.
Items that can be returned or refunded:
· Items purchased from Yumeya Kimono that are unused and were received in the past 10 days.
Items that CANNOT be returned or refunded:
· Shipping costs (includes both shipping to you and shipping for the returned item)
· Items that were received 11 or more days ago.
· Items used
· Damaged or soiled items (excludes items damaged during transportation)

3. Refund
When the returned item reaches us, we will check the item's condition and process the refund.
o The amount of the refund may vary based on the item's condition, so please be sure to read the "Important Notes on Returns" below.
Important Notes on Returns
・For unopened items
Please do not remove items from the packaging. Provide your own address label and box or bag to return items, and ship back to us. When the returned item arrives, we will refund 100% of the item’s you purchased.
・For opened items
To make sure the item is not creased, soiled, or damaged in transit, please fold it back into its original condition and put it in the original plastic bag it was in when delivered. Provide your own address label and box or bag for returning items, and ship back to us. When the returned item arrives, we will refund 70% of the purchased price.
· If you do not fold the item or put it in the original plastic bag, we cannot give you a refund.
